Let’s start with setup. I had some issues figuring out how to set up a fence, and I’m actually kind of glad that I did because it gave me insight into how customer support works.
So, when you open the app, you’ll find yourself on the “Pet” tab. If you look along the bottom menu, you’ll also see “Map,” “Device” and “Me.” You may think to yourself “ah, the map section is where I need to go to create my fence!” My friends, that is not the droid you’re looking for. Move along.
You actually need to:
