COVID-19 pandemic is real now. Can dogs get coronavirus? There are many opinions on that, but most of the experts believe it is very unlikely which is good news. Anyways, we walk with our friend outside… and you can still get it from your dog (fur, paw mud). We wash our hands and use sanitizer way more often than before. However, you want to make sure to sanitize your dog properly after each walk. These 5 devices will help to reduce the risk of getting coronavirus bacteria from your dog:
Aquapaw Dog Bathing Tool
Aquapaw dog bathing glove can be your lifesaver during COVID-19 pandemic. Bath time is now trouble-free for me and my dog with this dog indoor shower! Aquapaw dog bathing glove is not just a shower; it’s a combination of sprayer-scrubber with a flexible 8ft. hose that can operate with the use of only one hand so you’d always have the other hand to comfort your dog during bath time. The best part about Aquapaw dog bathing glove is that you can’t only wash your dog indoor, you can also choose the best spot outside by cleaning him/her using a garden hose! It’s pretty cheap too.
Bissell BARKBATH QT
The Bissell Bark Bath Portable Dog Bath System makes the bathing experience really easy. This device has many excellent reviews on Amazon (check Amazon reviews). To bathe my dog using the bark bath, I will hold the nozzle directly to my dog’s coat. After that, I will press the trigger and gently stroke downwards my dog’s fur. When done cleaning, I will release the trigger and use drying strokes to suction up any moisture. Lastly, I use the microfiber towel with a solution to hand clean delicate areas. The Bissell Bark Bath is designed with special nozzles that get beneath the fur and down to the skin. The nozzles allow the water and shampoo solution to wash the skin while a soft suction pulls dirt and water away. It’s easy to use and reasonably price.
Dexas Aqua Paw Washer
Well, you know that the dirt and mid the take home with us is ultimately stressful and leaves a mess all over the place. It might contain COVID-19 bacteria too and you want to clean the paws as a very first thing! Dexas Petware aqua paw washer is one of my latest finds in dog accessories. No surprise it has over 4000 five star reviews on Amazon (check reviews on Amazon). My dogs like to play and run outside. He always comes home with a muddy and dirty paw that leaves me mopping the floor in all directions. Dexas Petware aqua paw washer made my life easier, it’s so easy to use and it’s comfy for your dog too.
Use Pet Wipes
If you are looking for fast solutions, you are better using different pet wipes. My personal favourite is Earthbath All Natural Grooming Wipes, but there are bunch of famous brands with good Amazon reviews e.g. Burt’s Bees Wipes for dogs, Pogi’s Grooming Wipes and Earth Rated Dog Wipes.
Thunderpaws D-Shedz has over 4.5 out of 5 stars on Amazon with over 1000 reviews. You can not really see it often. Dog hair on carpets and any floors might mean you need a better dog grooming equipment to remove your dog’s shedding fur. During COVID-19 pandemic, all the dog hair may contain bacteria so you want to use a proper tool for your dog after each walk.
Thunderpaws D-Shedz is a pet hair grooming tool that when used like a comb to your pet, you will surely see lots of loss hair within minutes. A few minutes are enough in removing all the extra fur. Veterinarians and professional groomers recommend and trust this dog de-shedding product because aside from its effectivity, the professional grade and premium build 4 inch stainless steel comb can be gentle for a dog’s skin and can decrease shedding again by 95% since excess fur are already safely removed by the comb’s steel blades, leaving your dog’s top coat shiny and healthier than before.
However, it’s way better to use any of the devices for sanitation we mentioned at first, and use Thunderpaws D-Shedz as a last think of dog’s sanitation process.
Stay safe during these hard times! Make sure your dogs are sanitized properly.
