When it comes to GPS tracking features, the Halo Collar 3 is a clear winner in my opinion. Along with its other amazing features, it also automatically connects to the carrier with the best signal. While Fi does a great job of tracking your pup, it’s reliance on AT&T worries me a bit, especially in places with poor cell phone reception.
